FAQ
Q1. Is an appointment required to try on wedding dresses at L'ezu Studio?
Ans. Yes, we like to work one on one with our customers. Having an appointment will ensure the proper time to try on different silhouettes and to answer all the questions you may have. Even though we can take walk-ins as long as there is available space at the time of the visit, this does not assure you we will have the spot available.
Q2. When should I start looking for my wedding dress?
Ans. At L'ezu every single dress is made to order. On average we will be able to make a dress within three to four months, as we are the manufacturer and do not need to order from a third party. However, we suggest that once a bride has established and secured the location for the marriage, that she embark on the search for the gown. and take the one person you trust the most (mother, sister, best friend) and buy the dress at least 6 months in advance, as once the dress is made you will need time for fittings and alterations.
Q3. What if I don't have that much time? Can I get a bridal gown sooner?
Ans. Because we make all our dresses in our design studio in Los Angeles, we can produce a rush order within a week if necessary. We have done this numerous times in the past with TV shows and religious weddings.
Q4. Why do wedding gowns vary so much in price?
Ans. L'ezu gowns are all made in America and our seamstresses are professionals in their specialty. Each dress needs to be draped (even if there is an existing pattern), cut, and sewn individually to fit the measurements of our client. Most of the time, there is customization to the gown, and every embroidery is done by hand. We use imported silks that usually require extra fees to be able to procure just the amount we need for a specific garment. We don't do mass production. We do guarantee quality and fit.
Q5. What size should I order?
Ans. At L'ezu, we take as many measurements as possible according to the necessities of the customer. We don't just produce a size, we make the dress to fit your measurements, most of the time the bride will loose or gain weight by the time the dress is ready and our expert seamstresses will assist the customer during the fittings for final adjustments.
