Where do we ship?

We ship within the United States and Canada

What mail services are used?

We use UPS & Federal Express. This is a premium, secure delivery service that will help ensure safe and fault-free delivery of your wedding dress.

How long will delivery take?

To ensure quick and secure delivery, all items are sent exclusively using premium mail services. Once your dress is made, it will take between 2 and 6 business days to deliver your item, How long it takes from the time of order will depend on the sizing and customization of your dress:

Dresses with standard size and no customizations.

For dresses with standard size and no customizations, you can expect your dress to be delivered within a period of 8-13 weeks from the date you placed your order.

Dresses with non-standard size and/or customizations.

For dresses with non-standard sizes and/or customizations, you can expect your dress to be delivered within a period of 16-21 weeks from the date your order was confirmed. 

What is standard size?

Standard size is when we do not need to increase the bust size or the length of your dress. For those who are 5.9ft or taller, or with a bust size of DD or larger, we may need to make extra customizations to the dress to fit you, we call these non-standard sizes.

What are customizations?

If your dress has customizations it cannot be returned. Customizations include things like adding sleeves to your dress or making changes to the length of the train on your dress. For a full list of customizations available, please see our size chart.

Are rush orders available?

If you need a dress in a shorter time period than above please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Depending on the dress type and the customizations needed we might be able to deliver your dress in a shorter period.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You should receive an email when your package has been sent for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming that your item has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will contain a tracking number that can be used to track the status and progress of your package online. 

What if I am not at home when the package is delivered?

If the delivery person cannot find you at home, you will be notified that a second attempt will be made on a specific date.

Other delivery information

While we do our best to provide an accurate estimate for delivery times, remember that this is an estimation only and does not account for unforeseen production, alteration, or transit delays. L’ezu Bridal is not responsible for any delays caused by delivery services.

Once the shipping process has started a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number to track the progress of the shipment. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If your L’ezu Bridal order doesn’t arrive within 30 business days of delivery, please notify us via corina@lezu.com
