How do I pay for my order?

How do I know it will fit me?

To get fitting info, you can explore our size chart and additional-pricing-info We also offer a virtual assessment with L’ezu experts designed to guide you through the fitting process and help you select the perfect wedding dress. We strongly recommend all remote buyers avail of the virtual assessment before placing their order.

Do you have a store where I can do fittings?

Yes! Our atelier is located in Santa Monica, California. If it makes sense for you to pop in the store, you can schedule an appointment to meet us at our atelier.

Do you make dresses for above size 14?

Although sizes above 14 are not listed on our website, we do make dresses above size 14. Contact us directly or arrange a virtual assessment and we will do our best to help you.

How do I know you have received my order?

After completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. Note if you placed an order without consulting with us prior, we may follow up with you via phone or email to confirm your order. We do this to ensure you have ordered correctly and have ordered the right sizes.

Can I cancel my order later?

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, you must send an email to info@lezu.com within 24 hours stating that you would like to cancel your order. We will then issue a full refund. Once the 24 hours have elapsed, you may be able to return your order if it meets the criteria set out in our returns policy.

Can I order by email, post, or fax?

Orders can be placed directly on the Lezu.com website or alternatively by having a custom invoice sent directly from our team. In this case, the payment request will be sent to you via email.

What happens if a product is not available in the required size/color?

Please email your inquiry to info@lezu.com before purchasing.

How long will it take to receive my order?  

For dresses with standard size and no customizations, it will take 8-12 weeks to receive your order from the time of order approval. For dresses that include non-standard sizes and/or customizations, it will take 16-20 weeks. For a more detailed breakdown of delivery time, please see deliveries.

Are rush orders available?

If you need a dress in a shorter time period than above please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Depending on the dress type and the customizations needed we might be able to deliver your dress in a shorter period.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

You should receive an email when your package has been sent for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming that your item has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will contain a tracking number that can be used to track the status and progress of your package online. 

What if I am not at home when the package is delivered?

If the delivery person cannot find you at home, you will be notified that a second attempt will be made on a specific date.

Can I return an item if I change my mind upon receiving the item?

If you’re returning a dress because you have changed your mind and want to return it, certain items can be returned. This is dictated by how your dress was tailored and if there were customizations involved. To learn more about returns, please read our returns policy.

How will I know if I am eligible for returns when placing my order?

To ensure peace of mind, we always clarify with you if your dress isn’t eligible for returns at order time. This will occur either during the consultation process or before we process your order. If your item is not eligible for returns, we will not start your order until you have confirmed you understand this. 

If I want to return a faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, what steps should I take?

If you think an item is damaged or if your dress is not the same size, style, or color that you purchased, depending on the issue, you can request to return the item so that we can fix any faults or provide a full refund. To which countries does L’ezu Bridal deliver?

We currently offer online sales to the United States and Canada only.

How to redeem a voucher?

You can redeem your voucher in the shopping cart. Use the coupon field to enter your coupon code, and click “Redeem”. The coupon code and discount will now appear in your shopping cart. You cannot redeem more than one coupon code for the same order.
